1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on Sunfaw Lead Management System (hereinafter "Sunfaw LMS", "we", "our", or "the Platform"), you ("Partner", "User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register or use the platform.

These terms apply to all users including partners, sub-partners, and any individual or entity accessing the Sunfaw LMS platform at https://lead.sunfawtech.com.

2. Partner Program

Sunfaw LMS is a Lead Management System designed to connect sales partners with business opportunities. As a registered partner, you are authorized to:

• Submit client leads through the partner dashboard or mobile application
• Select and manage your assigned geographic territory (geofence zone)
• Track your submitted leads and commission earnings in real time
• Access AI-powered support 24/7 via the embedded assistant
• Receive commission payments upon successful lead conversion

Acceptance into the partner program is subject to approval by the Sunfaw team. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application without providing a reason.

3. Lead Submission Rules

Partners must follow these rules when submitting leads:

• Accuracy: All lead information (client name, contact, location) must be accurate and genuine. Fake or duplicate leads will be rejected.
• Consent: You must have the client's consent before submitting their personal information. Submitting leads without client consent violates this agreement.
• No Duplication: Each client can only be submitted once. Submitting the same client lead multiple times — whether by the same partner or across different partners — will result in the lead being marked as a duplicate with no commission paid.
• Territory Compliance: Leads must be submitted within your approved geographic zone. Leads outside your approved territory may be rejected.
• Product Match: Leads must be relevant to the product(s) you are registered to promote.

4. Commission & Payment Policy

Commission is earned on successful lead conversion as determined by the Sunfaw team. The following terms apply:

• Commission Rate: 3% to 10% of the first invoice value, depending on the product and partner tier. The exact rate is visible in your dashboard.
• Payout Timeline: Commissions are paid within 7 business days of a lead being marked as "Successful".
• Payment Methods: Payments are made via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash as selected in your partner profile.
• Minimum Threshold: Commissions are disbursed once the minimum payout threshold is reached, as defined in your dashboard settings.
• Dispute Window: Any payment disputes must be raised within 14 days of the commission being marked as paid.
• Taxes: Partners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earned commissions.

5. Geographic Territory (Geofence Zones)

Partners are assigned exclusive geographic zones upon approval. The following conditions apply:

• Each zone is exclusive — once assigned and approved, no other partner can submit leads for the same product within that zone.
• Zone requests are subject to admin approval. Having a pending zone request does not grant exclusivity.
• Partners must actively submit leads within their zone. Zones showing no activity for 60+ days may be reassigned at Sunfaw's discretion.
• Partners may request zone changes through the dashboard, subject to availability and admin approval.
• Sunfaw LMS reserves the right to expand, modify, or revoke zone assignments if business conditions require it.

6. Account Responsibilities & Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties
• Notify Sunfaw immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
• Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access the platform's backend systems
• Maintain professional and ethical conduct when dealing with clients on behalf of Sunfaw products
• Not make any promises or commitments to clients on Sunfaw's behalf beyond what is approved

7. Data & Privacy

Sunfaw LMS collects and processes partner and client data to operate the platform. By registering, you agree that:

• Your personal data (name, email, phone, bank details) is stored securely for operational and payment purposes
• Client data you submit is used solely for lead processing and conversion tracking
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties
• Your activity on the platform (leads submitted, zone activity, commission history) is tracked for performance and compliance

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Sunfaw LMS reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any partner account in the following cases:

• Submission of fake, duplicate, or fabricated leads
• Violation of any clause in these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent activity, including manipulation of commission records
• Harassment of clients or Sunfaw staff
• Sharing confidential platform information with competitors
• Inactivity exceeding 90 days without prior notice

Upon termination, any pending commissions for legitimately approved leads will still be processed. Commissions for disputed or pending leads will be reviewed case by case.

9. Modifications to Terms

Sunfaw LMS may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

For significant changes, we will notify active partners via email or dashboard notification.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of Sunfaw LMS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation or mediation.
